Become an Ambassador for ICT
Futureintech needs ICT professionals to promote careers by talking with students and their teachers about a job in ICT.
Futureintech facilitate links with schools that will enable ICT professionals to share their expertise with primary and secondary students in maths, science and technology classrooms. It’s an opportunity to improve presentation skills while increasing awareness of the possibilities of a career in ICT. The role is particularly suitable for young staff who can talk about a recent educational pathway and the day to day practicalities of a role in ICT.
Futureintech is a government-funded initiative that works with schools and industry leaders to promote careers in technology, engineering, and science. Nearly 500 professionals around the country volunteer as Futureintech Ambassadors supported by eight facilitators.
