2010 Massey General/IT & Science/Engineering Expos
Massey University expo dates have now been confirmed for 2010 and the information is outlined here.
In the past exhibitors who have attended these days have covered a broad sphere of employment sectors, including government departments, accounting, banking, manufacturing, information technology, engineering, science, defence force, management, telecommunications - to name a few.
The General & Science Expos provide you with the perfect opportunity to meet with Massey University students from all faculties and all year levels in an informal, yet professional environment and enables you to:
- Introduce and market your organisation to prospective graduate employees
- Inform students of employment and career opportunities within your organisation
- Promote your graduate recruitment, summer internship programmes and scholarships
- Raise your profile on campus
- Reach a wider range of students
- Increase your applications
Event Details
Date: Tuesday 4 May 2009 (General/IT, all degrees other than Science & Engineering)
Wednesday 5 May 2009 (Science & Engineering)
Venue: MUSA Coffee Lounge and Dining Hall
Setup: 8am - 10am on the day
Welcome morning tea: 10am - 10.45am
Exhibition Hours: 11am - 3pm
Pack up: 3.00pm - 3.30pm
Booth details
Booth prices are $700 plus GST for one day and $1,100 plus GST for two days. For international payments an amount of $25 will be added to cover bank fees. The booths are approximately 3.0m wide x 1.8m deep x 2.3m high and will have the name of your organisation on the back wall. You will be supplied with a power outlet, table, table cloth and chairs.
Included with your booth are:
- Car park close to the venue
- Lunch vouchers for up to 3 people
- All day assistance by Green Shirt volunteers
- Company listing in exhibitor directory
Booking
Bookings are now open and you can book a booth for one or for two days, depending on the students you want to meet. Late bookings will be accepted until the venue is full; however after 10 April it will not be possible to include your organisation’s name in printed publicity material.
